Spearfishing in Andalucia: Getting a Licence
The Andalucia government, known as “Junta de Andalucía”, issues spearfishing licences. The licence will let you fish in the following provinces:
- Huelva
- Cádiz
- Málaga
- Granada
- Almería
They don’t recognise licences issued by other Spanish governments, so you will need to get one from them, even if you already have one.
What Do You Need
You’ll need the NIE document, a Spanish doctor’s certificate to apply for a licence, and spearfishing insurance.
